I know this is not a good idea but 

I give an example

If I do a quick race around 21:00 Vietnamese time and fast race in Spain, the spain will go to night according to my national time or you live if at night

Interesting idea. Not only the weather, but also the time of day in a particular country correspond to the real time of day. It would be interesting to see evening, night or morning versions of the legendary Monza, Spa, etc. I also heard from fellow programmers that the so-called "night backgrounds" are faster and easier to create, and they take up less memory. At least that was true about 10 years ago. Probably today both day and night tracks take the same amount of memory

Hello managers,

Implementing this would be extremely easy because the skybox is already made, the point is the following: remember the game is played all around the world. Some managers would always play certain tracks during night, imagine to always race in Great Britain during night. That's why the skybox is fixed.

When the host owns the settings, and the time of day during the race is chosen by a vote of the league managers before the start of the season - this is normal practice. Apparently you are not familiar with the meaning of the word "vote". My sincere condolences
