This is something I have seen attempted in league's already, and I wish there was an option to mandate it.

Essentially the host can select which 2 tyre compounds are availble to be used at each race, as was the case up until 2015 when we had the selection of tyres available in the game in F1.

I think this would make race strategy much more interesting in both refuelling and no refuelling leagues, as the tyre wear/pace at most circuits means on super softs and softs can be used.

I am sure it would be very difficult to integrate, and rebalancing wear and pace rates may be easier, but I would still love to see this.

I like this idea.

Sounds like the sort of idea that an unscrupulous host could use to their advantage?  On what basis are the compounds chosen?  Unless it is completely random then a big no from me.

I hope to die before this option would have been activated

It would be very nice, but I think there should be 3 tyre compounds, of which only 2 per type or possibly 3 from 1 selected, these could be sub-options.

There is a whole league where we apply this rule, if it were imported, it would be easier to control and enforce.
