Hi i have a suggestion
after a discussion on our team chat we came up with a few ideas and i thought they should be shared
due to the lack of rookie and pro racers in most leagues can the manager of said league have more power and promote the top 2-3 racers into elite providing their is spaces for them
i feel the current method is killing the game and who wants to race in the lower leagues with no chance of promotion unless the league is half full - most leagues are empty in both tiers

I can see it would work for your league as the only teams you have in Pro are level L20, but in other leagues it could be detrimental in the long term.
As you say not getting promoted causes managers to quit, but I would say a bigger problem is a managers getting promoted too quickly. I’ve been in leagues in the past where lvl 10’s have been promoted to Elite (mainly as a result of the Rookie and Pro tiers being full of inactive managers) and they generally last about 2 races before quitting.
If iGP ever implement raising the level cap to 30 then it will be worse. The only way I could see this working across all leagues is if a min lvl was in place (atm lvl 16 seems sensible, but If cap raises I think 20 would be better). Not all hosts would sensible if there was no cap.
