how can i change how many laps the driver will do with one stint from the strategy page (maybe im blind and im not seeing the button)

Hello,

On the strategy page, the minimum number of stints you can set is 2 (1 pitstop), however if you set the first stint to be longer that the entire race, your driver will not pit.
For example, a 1 stint, 20 lap race would require the first stint to be at least 21 laps. 

NOTE: A 0 pitstop strategy will not work in a league where tyre rules are activated as you will be disqualified for not using at least two different tyre compounds.

hello, 


i understand that i know f1 rulles and stuff i just cannot find how to set the stints to do more laps or less , i cant find that button if there is any

Hello,
On the strategy tab, pressing on the tyre image (where the stints are), will bring up a page enabling you to change the stint length and fuel* amount.
To change the length of the stint, there are arrows next to the numbers meaning you can increase and decrease the length of the stint respectively. 

* You can only change fuel per stint in leagues with refuelling enabled.
