1.1 Debt

We encourage you to avoid debt at all costs as the consequences of uncontrolled spending can be serious and hard to reverse. There are many setbacks and penalties for being in debt, outlined below:
• Design progress will cease
• Car parts can not be refitted (as they cost money)
• New facilities can not be built

Here are some tips to get out of debt quickly:

By following all of these steps, you may be able to save millions per race.
• Facilities can be sold to quickly add millions to your balance
• Auto-sign contracts can hire drivers and staff without signing fees at the lowest possible wages, greatly reducing your spending for free
• Auto-sign contracts can sign suppliers at the lowest possible costs, further reducing spending
• Manually sign sponsor contracts rather than auto-signing them to get the best value out of the sponsor
• Review all of your facility settings, such as those in Manufacturing, Commerce and Offices, you may be able to make significant savings per race by reducing your spending here

If I sell research after getting KERS do I then loose KERS.  Or what do I loose by selling research?

The staff you can still do well with low level cheap ones.
The Designer is the most important one so you maybe want keep them high.
Once you have commerce bought again you can use it pay the staffs wages as income will be $561.600 or more per race depending on your selling prices.
I'm likely only person that uses Commerce think lots of people don't use it.

Commenting on the sponsors about how great they are also helps squeeze few extra pennies out of them.
