Windows App not loading correctly

Start the app

What happened instead?
The app is shows a grey screen and is not loading the menu. Sometimes it doesload but most of the time I need to do the quitt and start again until it loads correctly

I may have had Google chrome open what is the recommended ammount of free physical memory for the app?
