Does anyone know if the driver experience stat effects your performance? Unsure if he will get better as he gains the experience.

I know it can have a small effect on AI if you aren’t online, but don’t beleive it has any impact on live races.  It did have some effect on qualifying, but not since driver mistakes has been turned off.

Hello managers,

We're planing to re-enable driver mistakes during qualifying in the future, so experience attribute would be back in play.

Thanks for the heads up, will there be an announcement once it’s back on ? 
Edit: sorry does that mean experience will affect performance ? Also driver weight?
