spying on other teams

hi,
if my designer spies on a part of a concurrent, on what development-state does he spy?
do i get the information of the part which is attached to the car, or the corresponding developed part which is possibly much more developed?

yes, ok.
but is it the development-state for this season, or the part actually mounted on the car on that specific race

when you spy, you get results from whatever your target has as its Current-Season rating in the "design" page.

it doesnt matter what parts they have applied to each car from repairs/upgrades on the race assembly page.
