Is it now also possible to freeze a young driver in the academy? What would I have to do for it?

Hello,
No, you can't keep a driver in your youth academy.
The only exception, explained by Connor in the thead you are talking about, is that drivers you had in your Youth Academy before the release of new academy system will remain until you promote them.
