Less drivers appear everytime than my other account. On this account I always see 5 instead of 5. On my other account I also see more Talent 20 regularly than in this account

Seeing 5 drivers is the correct amount. If your other account sees more it's most likely due to youth drivers generated before the Youth Academy was changed. Those drivers are still there but won't get renewed with other drivers. The amount of talent 20 is down to chance and thus always fluctuate, however if (one of) the remaining old token scouted drivers (the bottom one(s) below the 5 regular slots) is talent 20 you'll naturally see far more often talent 20 there.
I'll also move the thread to Help&Support for now. If my first impression about the report is wrong please correct me.

That sounds right. This account is definitely newer but it was definitely before the youth academy change. I know Talent 20 is down to chance but i see all tal 19 on this account and all talent 20 on the other for this period. And its the general trend i have noticed. So wanted to check if account age makes a difference
