Hello! New manager here, been playing for about 1 month now, and enjoying the game a fair bit!
I've done a couple Race Nows when I first started out, but I could barely see any benefits as my drivers got tired, cars took damage and I got a miniscule amount of cash. Am I missing something?

Every 20 races your driver obtains an experience point that improves his/her performance. I use the quick races to 'destroy' my car and engine before repairing them. Another important aspect is your experience. You learn to manage push level, where are located DRS zones and you understand if the distance from an opponent will trigger DRS.
Quick races don't interfere with your stats and you are free to race with tired drivers.
