Right now my league is screwed. We have three teams in Pro and we have all been there a while. I have two teams myself and have been there for nearly a year with both with no chance of advancement. When people advance to Pro and are there for a season, they leave. I wish the requirements were different and would love to advance to Elite and bring more teams from our full Rookie league to Pro

 I have enough teams to fill a pro group.
 I can join the professional group.
Should I join this season or next season?
