I heard lot people say that this driver retire at age 33-42. is it true??? i just bought an amazing driver but he is currently 31 and. i don't know if he going to be retired or something else.

Drivers usually retire at the age of 38 or older. They usually do between 500-545 races.

wait. how does the driver gain age. i mean how many days or weeks or months to take them older?

Hey Iri,

Drivers and staff age at a rate of 1 year per 20 races. By ageing based on race count, all teams will be able to extract the maximum value from their drivers and staff regardless of how often they race. When a driver or staff member is not employed they do not age. They are "frozen" in their current state until they are hired by another team.
