Driver Experience

I don't understand. some people say they gain driver EXP stat after only 5 races. someone say every 10 racs they gain 1 exp and some other say after 20 race along with their age. i tried to explain that they gain exp each 20 but they denied with proof of their driver gain exp after 10 races even the rookie with young age. So how does driver exp actually gain?

Drivers should gain 1 experience point for every 10 races they participate in when doing league races. For quick races, they should gain 1 point for every 20 races they participate in.
