I think it would be interesting to conduct surveys about suggestions and others who would show once daily from the manager screen and that to require it to respond to co'tinuer to play because I find that people are not involved enough in the forum.

Monthly Survey or Poll by Jack & the team?

Such as what feature would you like us to work on next?
A,
B,
C,
One with most votes gets worked on then next month same 2 options & something else added. :)

Jack is it possible to do monthly updates if only working on one thing at a time instead of dozens of things at once?

If that was me at 4:00 am.m. there would be a couple of gallons of coffee right beside me!

A. New nationalities for drivers and staffs (Indonesia and S Korea possible next update)
B. Retired drivers can then continue and pursue their career in staffing positions such as Chief Designers or Technical Directors.
C. More ways of earning money

For the record, that isn't me in the picture above. Plus I don't wear glasses, only sunglasses. 8-)

We tried this in the beginning and it just wasn't sustainable. With such a small team even the slightest hiccup (e.g. a developer being unwell, life events) can completely throw such plans off course.

It also leads to crappier updates because you end up making quick updates just because you have to. The updates end up being whatever you can cram in to the allotted time (so it ends up lacking substance) and to boot nothing has enough time to be thoroughly tested, which results in more bugs and rushed features. At least, when we tried that with a 2-3 man team it was just too much to ask.

In other words, there's the ideal world, and then there's the real world. It's much better to do what is needed and take as long as it takes. Even if it does require patience from everyone, it results in much better, more meaningful updates.

I understand what you are saying & you will hate me saying this...
No matter how well tested something is there will still be problems come up somewhere at sometime.

Like the problem with the Save all button on setup screen. Minor problem but a big fuss!
It's been there for years and now it's having problems, could well be just too many people using it all at the same time causing a system overload. The number of online managers is growing all the time.

Can I get a job testing?
I could make another account if using the same Paypal account doesn't flag up problems.

I will let you know when we start inviting beta testers for the new version, James.
