As everyone know there is a lack of players in Pro and rookie, Where majority of players in Elite.

I been running my league for a number of years and not seen a single rookie team join us, if by the off chance they do they leave. There needs a change to ranking and tier system as it slowly killing the game for the past few year. When I started playing the rookie tier was hard and so was pro having elite teams going down each season. They either don't understand the game or get bord.

I personally think the game developers need to cut down the number of league in the game, so many small leagues with only 2-4 players in the league. Where an options is reduce the leagues down and make bigger leagues, either allowing more teams in 2 car leagues or asking elite mangers to step down into pro and race their creating a more competitive league.  Allow elite mangers to step down into pro to create a fully league would benefit us all. Maybe limiting how many leagues that can be created at a certain time unless all leagues are full.

Your viewpoints are welcomed.

Isn’t there an elite club 2 as well? Cause you ask for the number of leagues to be reduced but you can cut one league, perfectly fits into elite club 1.

You have a point though, I think the whole 3 tier system needs a re-think. I believe this is on Jack’s radar already though I never saw a timeline for that if I’m not mistaken

Where is there a elite club 2? Plus i do also think we need another tier so it can be like F4,F3,F2, and F1.

Few of us last year wanted to race each other twice a night at it ran at a different time and distance, then people get board and went their own way.

There aren’t enough players to make Rookie and Pro leagues which aren’t 99% full of  inactives or host dummy accounts so how would adding an extra tier benefit anyone?

Maybe it would make sense not to add a fourth tier but instead to reduce the number of managers in each tier (to 28 cars for example) ? You could keep the two up two down promotion/relegation system (four up four down for one car leagues), but it would mean that better, perhaps more active managers would be forced to fight in Pro.

From my experience, there are two main problems with the current tier system:
1. Not enough Pro teams.
2. Too many half-active Elite teams who avoid relegation every season as a result of turning up to one or two races.

Reducing the number of cars in each tier could help to resolve (or at least contribute positively to) both of these issues.

Just a thought.

This doesn't fix the problem entirely but new managers are more prone to join leagues that are more full, so you could add accounts until you reach ~28 and see if it works. A few managers will always join

Not only that PRO Tier is lacking managers in majority of the leagues, but also there are 90% inactive managers or BOT-s (not to mention Rookie).

I think every tier should have max 22 cars.
It would be much easier to get promoted to the higher tiers and i think that will reduce number of inactive managers.

So your talking like Formula E bc they have 22 cars

But yes we don’t need up to 32 cars

I have no idea how many cars F1 E have, just 32 cars is too much for a tier.

Maybe 20 cars would be ideal and first 5 managers goes up to higher tier and last 5 drops down to lower tier.
Idea is to get as many active/online players in every tier.

Tier system does need change, I am not sure how you haven't got any rookies? In my league it fills up very fast, but also the Mgrs quit so it's a repetitive of fireing once it's full. My view is.
Manual promotions at specific mgr levels.
Increase the number of Mgrs needed to start a race.
And to increase Mgrs staying, you should put them automatically into a random league so we can interact with Mgrs and capture their attention to hopefully encourage them to stay.
For this to happen tho you would need a mail for example in your inbox telling you a rookie joined. As of now it doesn't.

Its not a problem to fill up Rookie tier.

We had a league where Rookie tier was full but out of 32 managers, only 15 of us were active 90% of time. Thats why we kicked all inactive managers and stayed only in Rookie tier.

This is actually a brilliant idea that could be implemented very quickly

Yeah well there are leagues with 22+ competitors so you’d have to disband those and by that time, might not seem as brilliant as it did today ?

Ah yes, I didn't think of that. it went from brilliant to crap very quickly ?

There are very few leagues with 66 active (and unique) competitors spread across all three tiers so 22 cars per tier would be achievable by a combination of removing inactive / bot accounts and then if necessary shuffling the remaining teams around.

The main problem as I see it would be the outcry from managers who are in a tier with more than 22 cars suddenly finding themselves being either relegated or promoted against their wishes.
