I bought the Chief Designer for 9 tokens from the favorites list.instead of the boss entering my account, he didn't and still 9 tokens and some numbers$ were spent.

Do you know the name/link of the designer you tried to buy? This will help the support team locate them and find a way to relocate them to your team/give you the appropriate compensation.

I'm sorry to hear about the problem you have had. Is this the CD you have been trying to sign up for? If so, you're right. You were deducted 9 tokens and he never joined your team. I've refunded the tokens spent when you tried to sign him.
