More driver ethnicities

I was looking through the drivers, and I noticed that I seem to only get white drivers, with the difference being male/female. I may just be missing something here, but I think it would be much better if there were a 2-3 more options of ethnicity within the driver picture.

Errr. I really don't know what to say about this.. Wow, the PC Brigade have scrapped the barrel here..

On my screen they aren't silhouettes, they are coloured in. All I'm saying is that maybe it would be a nice thing to stick in where you have drivers of different ethnicities, even just a black pic and a white pic. I mean obviously this isn't the most important thing in the world, and I would prioritise most of the other features posted in this forum over this, but it seems like something relatively simple to implement that would be nice to have.

I know there was talk about the drivers looking more humanised. So yeah. I guess they should have all skin colours.. I've never thought about it, because if I hire someone from China.. I would picture them as Chinese.

The best thing to do, is to come up with some art work or drivers of all colours.. Keep it simple and then you could click on a staff member and pic from a few different colours to suit... If it's good.. You could have something used in the game. :)

Hell, if they're weight stat is high they should be chubby silhouettes. 

what about height if you want to cover everything

It could be based by nationalities or something like that. Two images assigned to each country to represent their ethnicity.

Maybe there is a reason why they are all the same. I do recall white man cant jump
