Hi, my name is Mark Hitchcock, I am the host of Liga Fantasma, league ID 142253. We have just finished a season, and the Top 4 in Rookie tier were not Promoted to Pro Tier as they should have been. There were 19 teams in Rookie, so enough for Promotions. Promotions were activated and indeed the Top 4 Pro teams were correctly promoted to Elite as expected. Could you please look into why this hasn't happened for the Top 4 rookies please? Thank you for your help and assistance with this issue.
