Race Restarted in Canada

What did you try to do?
We were racing today at Canada in our league (12 Sept),and while the race was about halfway through, the race crashed.

What happened instead?
When I logged back into the race, the race had somehow restarted again, from lap 1.
We had already completed about 30 Laps during the original race. Happened for everyone in the league.

Did the problem happen while using wi-fi, mobile data, or both?

Can the bug be reproduced?
Don't know if it can be reproduced, however the race was ruined for almost everyone in the league

Additional comments:

This isn’t a bug it is what happens when on rare occasions the server disconnects.  The race is always restarted 

Ahh, understood, that's a shame as it ruined everyone's race.
