Matt, Like I said in reply to the same post you made in the other thread; you're underestimating the amount of work required for an entirely new front end. Obviously the ideal plan would be to have the HTML5 version ready to roll out before the npapi turn off happened. Although, if you only use chrome and wanted to continue using NPAPI things like java or Silverlight, why did you update it?

I agree with matthew.
I used to eat dolphins only - after dolphins are not allowed to eat anymore, I will stop eating!

If you love Google so much why not just download an old version of it?

works fine in Internet Explorer, and even Firefox.
download one of these, and rename the shortcut to "iGP Viewer" :D
continue to use Chrome as you would normally do for other sites.
No Rocket Science required here ;)

We are doing something about it, though, as soon as we could. We're redeveloping the viewer in WebGL. That wasn't a capability we actually had until recently, because we didn't have the funds or programmers with knowledge of those technologies at our disposal.
I'm writing a new developer blog today (might not be published today), with the progress being made and screenshots.
