Hi!

When my driver is 20 in all skills, what i have to do in this trainning?

1.  Let your Doctors contract expire.  You don’t need them anymore .  Game will replace with 1 or 2* doctor costing you 50k a week rather than current 850k.

2. Nothing other see than see actions under point 1.  There is no further training you can do until you have replacement drivers.
