Problem getting my second Driver

I've been trying to get a second driver and car. I've read all the suggestions and info from the forums and nothing seemed to have worked. I hired a second driver but that replaced my current one, is there something Im doing wrong to get my second driver and car, or is it just the league I'm in.

Just curious and would love to have a two driver team, is there a specific way to get the two driver team or anything i need to do before i can get the second driver?

You are in a 1 Car league, join a 2 car league to get the second driver.
