When you miss a race offline, win or lose) is the impact on your reputation the same as when you login online?

Yes, the impact is the same. It's the outcome of the race that counts. It doesn't matter if you're online or not.

Thanks for confirming. I think the impact should be less when offline. Like 50% less impact no matter the direction. 

Partly because the race push and rush also DRS will be determined by AI. So win or lose the reputation shouldn’t be full IMO.
