Yes. Health and Stamina are very important. Racing with Health below 100% means you are not in the optimal situation to race well. You will lose health throughout the race and the lower it gets the more it will impact your performance. You can help your health recover between races by watching videos. If you race with Health below 100 you will struggle particularly at the higher levels of the game.
Health is also linked to Stamina which should be trained first (along with weight). A driver with a stamina of 20 will not lose health during a race as quickly as one with say stamina of 15.
Looking at your drivers you aren’t training in the best way. Focus first on physical (get Stamina to 20 and weight to minimum 51kg for males and 46kg for females). Then focus on maxing driver abilities and finally max out your mental abilities.
