Hello Brim,
Thanks for reaching out for your issue. In order to study your case we need a valid report. iOS 10 is exclusive for Apple devices, Infinix Note 11 Pro is an android device. Additionally, what happens when trying to load a race? The app crashes? The spinner just keep loading infinitely? Have you tried to change from WiFi to mobile data network? Thanks!

? Sorry Jose ... yes my phone is android. Every time I press the liverace button...loads for a while but returns to the main menu, every time it's like that. I have mutually switched from wifi to cellular and vice versa. I've refreshed the cache and also reinstalled plus restarted the phone...butstill can not ??

Now everything is back to normal...I can go back to the LiveRace menu and compete as usual ♻️ This is after I updated the OS Infinix Note My 11 Pro ?? Thank you for your concern ?
