Hello Brim,
Thanks for reaching out for your issue. In order to study your case we need a valid report. iOS 10 is exclusive for Apple devices, Infinix Note 11 Pro is an android device. Additionally, what happens when trying to load a race? The app crashes? The spinner just keep loading infinitely? Have you tried to change from WiFi to mobile data network? Thanks!

🙏 Sorry Jose ... yes my phone is android. Every time I press the liverace button...loads for a while but returns to the main menu, every time it's like that. I have mutually switched from wifi to cellular and vice versa. I've refreshed the cache and also reinstalled plus restarted the phone...butstill can not 🥺😓
