Driver Training

Hello! I was training my drivers when I realized very little progress was happening. On the 1x, Chapman went up by 3, and Roux up by 4. Typically, it's much more progress. Is this a bug, or is this supposed to happen? Does it have something to do with driver level? They are 19 and 20, so age isn't a factor.

It depends on your level and your doctor's rating. While your drivers are 2 levels below your level they improve quickly. One level below your level they will improve less each time. When your drivers have a greater or equal level than your, their experience improves by only 3 points after each training.

What's doctor's rating role? The higher the rating, the lower the amount of health needed to train. It's between 10(5 stars) and 14(1 star).

Check their stars, from memory, when they have 5 gold stars, they should increase by about 9 every time they train (1x), and if you train them past that, they are higher level than you and the stars turn red, where they then increase by 3 every time.


Doctors do not have an effect on how well they train, but on how much health they spend doinf so.

I though experience stat only went up with race experience ie more races more experiences points ?

I wrote experience by mistake, I meant the training bar, the progress bar,... How do you call it?

Driver level affects training.  The higher the driver level, the slower they will train.

 
A 5 star driver will train much slower than a 1 star driver but the more you train the driver, the stars will eventually increase.
However, if your manager level increases, the stars on drivers will decrease. 

A 5 star  driver has the exact same level as your manager level. 
If the stars go red, the drivers level exceeds the manager level. This means that training will be significantly slower.
