What did you try to do?
It's been happening since I've moved to a different time zone. Usually within 24 hrs of a race it locks me out (red lock symbol). I can't access setups or strategy at all.
What happened instead?
Well, nothing happens instead.....

Happens for every race now.

Try to go to the game/device settings and change the time zone. This happens because the game counts the race time according to the time of the set time zone, and if it set incorrectly, then what you described happens.

Nope. Does not fix it. I tried unchecking "automatic timezone" selection. I tried many different time zones. Still won't allow me to do setups. It's screwing up my season.

I tried from your account and everything works fine (ran a few practices laps, all of them deleted now). Please try to clear cache.

Have you checked both your iOS and iGP ingame time and date settings? Just making sure as it really sounds like a time zone mismatch problem.
