Driver Info Editing

I love customizing my drivers. But I can only do their name, and maybe their nationality. It's because it's so expensive. Even if you use the best sponsors, it takes a long time.

20 races in a season
3 tokens gained per race
60 tokens gained per season
15 tokens spent to change first and last name and nationality
30 tokens spent to change both drivers

Boom, right there, you've spent half your tokens for the season. And that's before accessories and other details. And then what about extra engines or spare parts? Speeding up HQ upgrades? Livery changes? You now have half the amount of tokens you would've. I was thinking that it is downgraded to 2 tokens instead of 5. It's just too costly otherwise. Thoughts?

I'd like this idea but this is how iGP makes their money, and I can't even be mad for that - they're a small operation who need every cent they can get. Also, nothing you listed is really necessary, even if they're somewhat beneficial. 

Customisation is supposed to be a luxury that you pay for with real money so that iGP has a revenue flow.  


If you are prioritising customisation over things like HQ upgrades/ new staff/new driver scouting you probably need to reassess your priorities in the game unless you are willing to pay for them.

I agree with Cole, customisation is a luxury which is where iGP gets part of its revenue from, while speeding up the process of building your team really helps you thrive in the game

Also in a previous thread José said without coughing up tokens the freemium model would be off the table so even if the cost was minimized it would still take a hit on the game's revenue
