I thought the new design parts are always delivered once a day (14:00 in my timetone)
It is now 22:00 and i see that the design of front wing had to be delivered today, but it wasnt.
Well, it seems like your front wing and sidepods have the same development percentage as the suspension.
This is indeed an issue where the date can sometimes be incorrectly displayed. I believe this can happen when you assign designers to components right when the delivery date is approaching or has just happened. I have no other speculation on this and do not know for sure.
Your sidepods and front wing will arrive on 19 September, I'm 99% sure.

i did not assign more designers, but i bought a test rig and a windtunnel today, which has a kind of the same effect on designing-speed.
