Is it worth it?

19 year old driver with 1 talent, but perfect physical stats (minimum weight and 20 stamina), amazing driving ability, and good mental stats. I'm currently level 11.

You are missing the point.  Talent is the most important attribute and can’t be trained so if you had to choose between the above and a talent 20 driver with all other stats at their worst level I’d always choose the latter.  Talent 1 drivers will never be any good unless they are racing other talent 1 drivers.
