Hi, in the game it is said that if the pilot will not participate in races, or he will not be trained, then his "form" will be lost and he will stop improving further, so I wanted to clarify whether the presence of the league affects this, that is, whether the manager( team), in the league or not? Or is there no such function anymore?

Hello,
In the very old version of iGP Manager, a system known as driver atrophy meant that a driver's attributes would begin to decrease as they aged. This is no longer a feature of the game, so drivers maintain the same attributes as they age, regardless of whether they participate in races or not.

However, if a driver is in your team but does not race, the number of races on their contract will continue to decrease.
