What did you try to do?
Do setup laps.

What happened instead?
There was 9.6 mm of rain. This was at Spa.

Did the problem happen while using wi-fi, mobile data, or both?
Wi-fi

Did the bug happen in the app, on PC, or both?
PC

What operating system is your PC?
Chrome OS

Which browser did you experience the problem in?
Chrome

Can the bug be reproduced?
Maybe. I don't know whether other people had it or if it was just me.

Additional comments:
Not sure if this is actually a bug or if it was truly 9.6 mm. But that is insane.

Wait until you're racing in the snow at Canada! 
The max is usually 5mm though
