Hello,
One Player (Julian Maier, Pro tier) from my league, Racing Deluxe, told me that he has very low stats in the R&D section. Is it possible to check that please? He joined in the middle of last season so I cannot tell if it's normal or not. Thanks in advance ?

It is normal to have low stats if you join mid season. Please read New Design Balancing system when changing leagues

It's an old thread but the system has not been updated since.

I have looked again. I can see that he is not complaining about low stats during the season he joined the league, he is complaining about having low stats at the beginning of the new season.

This is nothing to do with the fact he joined in the middle of last season, it is because he has a L20 account and a L7 Chief Designer. To make matters worse his L7 CD has a weakness of Braking. He needs to get a high-level CD with a better weakness or he will suffer with a poor car design every season.
