Paypal payment issue

Hi i have a weird incident today as for some reason paypal says i paid £30 to you guys but the issue is i am sure i cancelled all subscriptions ever since 03/19/14 which is really confusing for me and i don't want to pay for something that i dont use.

any help on this matter?

Hey Jordan, the best way to resolve this issue will be to contact the helpdesk by creating a ticket.

How long does it normally take for an assistant to responed?

In my personal experience, the first time I created a ticket, I got a response back in a little over 6 hours.

Depends really on how busy they are and what the help ticket is about. Think they look at title & file it in a list of high medium & low. But Chris if he still there seems to be very quick on feet or sleeps with the keyboard in his hand. 4-5hours maybe for first reply & seconds with second & 3rd replies last time I used it last year. :)
