I suggest that instead of training the drivers as we have been doing, we could develop them in the same way we direct the development of the cars throughout the season, by skill attributes, i.e., who wants a more aggressive driver then realizes that in general this driver will wear more the car, who wants a driver who has a cleaner driving style will save more the car, who wants a more defensive driver, and so on. I myself like more technical drivers, but this is not the same case for everyone.

because, the choice of the pilot also goes through the strategy of a team leader and there are no pilots alike, I do not speak o sex, height and weight ...

If I got the translation right you want to train your drivers like you add performance points to the car? I never really had anything against the current training system, but I could why that would be popular.

I think we should keep the current training system, this one you are suggesting seems exploitable in my view - though maybe that's just me

We could keep the current system, but with option to chose in more details in which field would you like the pilot to develop!

also looks good, as long as the game becomes more strategic and also more balanced

Yes, choosing a field sounds good, but I guess overtraining one field sort of requires diminishing returns then. Because if not training stats that give best results to max would just become the standard.

Yeah, I agree, you can only choose between 3 fields when all fields are 12. So a 12 field choose would be much better
