Which engine do you prefer? Tifosi, Wonder, Red Note, Toy Motor, Cosworth or Murk?
I think the Tifosi and Murk are a step above the rest but between them would not know which to choose

Tifosi are definitely best, Rednote though is slightly better than Murk

Is so much difference between Murk and Tifosi?

I mean in favor of Tifosi

Tifosi is equal on lap time, but much better at part wear and fuel consumption, so the gap is decent. Rednote is slower than those 2 but is even better at part wear and fuel consumption so it is slightly better than Murk IMO. Also engines with them are cheapest, though noone ever really cares about money beyond L7 area (I am saying this with 150 mil at L9 and I have wasted about 70 with drivers and rebuying facilities etc)

This is hardly a suggestion. Please move this thread to "Gameplay assistance".

@Mr S: Use search function. There r plenty of discussions about this topic.

It is a suggestion really, we are giving him suggestions, it is more a suggestion than gameplay assistance to be honest.

I do not know how to change it, Cole, I did not take much in this and some things still do not know

I don't think you can move it, you would have to make a new afresh. And you already have the info, so stop complaining @Cole

Suggestions are about improving the game, i.e. suggestions from players to Jack.
It is not about suggestions on which tyre/engine to use.

Forgives but I at no time have had the intention of using everything they tell me they should give me his personal opinion as I experienced managers more since not all know everything like you.

Since your here Cole...... why don't you answer his question rather than irritate him?

Why not do that? I agree with you James, we're not writing to irritate people here, we're trying to help him.
By the way, I use Rednote and I find it is my favourite. Tifosi definitely has the best lap times with Murk, but as James already said, Rednote is really good with wear and fuel consumtion.....I've tried all the engines and this is my ranking.
1.) Rednote
2.) Tifosi
3.) Murk
4.) Toy Motor
5.) Wonder
6.) Cosworth

Murk, Tifosi, Rednote personally.

Rednote vs Murk is less power and less response. True that the Rednote has a better consumption and apparently can do higher power settings but there's hardly any track except for Monaco where you go above 1/5 push to have advantage of that higher power setting. And just at Monaco where you could, the Rednote engine sucks.

I currently use Rednotes for my cars, and they seem to be doing okay.
Do you suggest that I switch to Murk or Tifosi? I've used both of them before, and I do want to take some risks maybe and try other engines.
Toymotor has good response (sting ray's table did help) Cosurworth is pretty good all round, Wonder is really not that great....

Does depend on what you feel happy with, if Rednote does it for you then that is good. :)

I have tried Rednote, Tifosi and Murk when they were introduced with their current performance and I liked Murk the best personaly. Can't say i've been beaten by Rednotes so far but I did notice Tifosi engines do perform better at some tracks. So I think the Tifosi and Murk engines are quite equal over a whole season.

Personaly I do wonder what the Tifosi engine could bring for me but at the same time reluctant as I don't want to loose positions because of it. I accepted the higher fuel consumption a long time ago and probably just wait what the iGP update is going to bring. :)

Come on Tjerk, you'll still win by 20 minutes every race anyway. ;) Also, lots of peeps reccommend Renault and Ferrari (I like to call them by their IRL names)

Think of the fun if all the engines are the same rating 1 for everything & they all just have different weights.
You hire a supplier and they give you 31 tokens to build the engine the way you want.

If you like to do long stints take Renault or Ferrari
I thought he Mercedes-Benz was slightly slower on long runs but then I wasn't using the optimal fuel supplier for their engine.

I know, it would be so fun.....I think Jack might be working on some new facilities including in house engine developments, with tokens to spend on different aspects.
I like doing short stints with SS/S, so maybe I should switch to Murks? Btw I'm using Rednotes right now...
