I bought an upgrade for support staff which cost 8 million, it deducted the money from my account and when I went off it and then back on it I had to buy it again. I did not wish to spend an extra 8 million. Please help

Are you sure it cost you 8 or 16 million? That\'s out by a factor of ten or so. The only way to get how much this cost exactly is to get the detailed transactions and find the staff wages transaction at that time.

I\'ll check this out tomorrow in detail.

This was the process Facilities->offices->support staff upgrade lvl 4. The first time I did it, it didn\'t work but it still spent my money. So I had to do it again costing me 16 million overall.
