PayPal Payment

Hello,
i wanted to subscribe with Paypal - there is money on my Paypal Account. But when i want to pay it says i need to add a Credit Card, i dont have a Credit Card.
I´m willing to pay but you wont let me :-(. 
Why is this the Case and is there an other Way?

Unfortunately its not possible to use a Bank Account via PayPal. 
So there is no way for me to subscribe, a sad story ...

You said you have money in the PayPal account! It's been a long time since I saw the subscription page but is there not a box to untick auto renewals?
A one-off payment using the funds you already have in the account should work.

OR can this not be done?

Jack sends you coupon code to enter after you transfer the funds to his personnel PayPal account?
Transferring money from one account to another shouldn't ask you for card details :)

I dont see such a box. 
I searched the Internet to find a solution for this Problem - but there seems to be no Solution. I am from Germany and not many ppl have CC at all here - i think i dont Know anyone.

I didnt see that checkbox either.

I calles paypal over this issue, because i had problems too. so here is my story.

I had enough money on my paypal to pay the subscription, BUT you as seller has the option to require a credit card or bank account integrated in the paypal account. This is something IGP had chosen for.
So, instead of using my paypal balance, paypal got some money from my bank account (as i dont have a cc either)
After 10 days the payment was cleared, which was very frustating to wait so long.

So, not allowing paypal balance is a setting IGP made within paypal. This is what paypal support told me.

i have a Bank Account integrated, but the only Option available for me is CC....

Peter, genau die gleiche Meldung erhalte ich schon seit Monaten wenn ich über PayPal bezahlen will... Ich weiß auch nicht mehr was ich machen soll. Wie auch du habe ich keine Kreditkarte. 

Rick! I don't understand it at what point are you all being asked for a Credit Card?
Ich verstehe es nicht, an welcher Stelle es dir, die für eine Kreditkarte gefragt?

But: i have an Account Connected. It says that this option is not available (like i copy - pasted, unfortunately in German) 
It says :direct debiting procedure is not available for this Transaction. Subscription Payments can only be made with CC.  
Something along these Lines ;).I used dictionary to translate that and hope its correct.

I use a bank card & not a credit card in my account.
A problem my wife found when she was setting up her account. MasterCard bank accounts do not work with PayPal you must use a Visa or Visa Debit bank account.

I would be able to buy Reward Points, whatever this may be, with my PayPal Account like you described above. Bu ti want 2D View and all that stuff ;).

600 points needed for 2d pack for 1 month, would work out cheaper buying the subscription each month. But it's up to you Peter, no harm in giving it a try. :)

But that would be WAY more expensive :-(.

Have you tried creating a Stripe account maybe your bank account will work better with it :)

Actually the Problem is not with PayPal but its the agreement IGP made with them. Havent made a stripe Account - and i dont really want to, but maybe i will give it a try.
