This was certainly related to the update launched today to patch the weather.
It should be resolved soon.

We have moved all races to a part of the service which was unaffected by this. The races should resume shortly.

Normal service is resumed. Again, sorry for the delay. Once we were on the case we had the matter resolved in under 20 minutes.
We have identified why this happened and will be restoring the entire service (the affected areas) within minutes.
If any league hosts of the affected races would like their league to be postponed, just post here and I will postpone them.

Hi Jay, I understand that when something like this happens it is frustrating.
To be clear, this was related to an update we did today. A race not starting on time has not happened to a single race as far as I know for weeks, and thousands of races have run in that time. The last big issue I can remember is when the server hard-drives failed completely (totally out of our control). Admittedly, in the distant past it was more common to see races not start due to other technical issues, but since we launched many updates to service stability our track record has been really good. Of course, that's no consolation to anyone who has been affected multiple times by such issues, and for that we can only apologise.
In your case if the league host wishes to request a postponement then we can reset the race and run it in the next slot.

It's been a long while since we've experienced any sort of failure like this , The system has been very stable up till yesterday. There was a time it would happen a couple of times a week. Thanks for sorting it quickly Jack.
