45kg drivers wtf?

These two drivers I found both weigh 45kg. I thought the minimum weight is 46kg?

Looks to me like drivers from the younger days of iGP are able to push down 1kg further, it seems.

Upon further research, those two are really the only exceptions....

But the driver ID is 6 digits... I doubt they are from the early days of iGP

These two drivers also have the shortest height allowed: 152cm

I'm not saying the youngest days of iGP, just from earlier days, aka younger days.
