This might be a little confusing to explain, so I'll spare all the details, but....

I need help recovering this account:

I can't login anymore because I was using the "Sign in with Facebook" method. I ended up switching Facebook accounts, but that original email address is attached to another account I was using (lol).

Sorry I'm new to that process. Where am I looking for that reply to that ticket? Does it go to my associated email account?

Edit:

So I checked my email and saw the ticket request. And then there's a link to view the ticket. But when I click it, it seems to just refresh to the homepage.
