What does the internals do, it that pit stop or what is it ?

Internals is just a design part that help you go quicker if you develop it. I\'m guessing it includes exhausts.

It\'s essentially everything related to the car that you can\'t see easily externally (thus internals). This includes braking systems, electronics etc.
