I have 2 drivers + a reserve right now and currently they are at the preferred 51 kg. The BMI is yellow for one of them and red for the rest. Training physical only increases their stamina (because of the new caps).

I had all of the drivers before the update. Can some be kind to explain how it works?

Hello,

Body Mass Index (BMI) is calculated using a formula including both height and weight. This could be why, despite being the same weight, your drivers have different BMIs.

During driver training, stamina will increase to 30 before weight increases. Once you have trained stamina to 30, weight will start to increase, bringing your driver closer to ideal BMI.

Thank you. I’ll start training now.

What is the optimum BMI? There's very little info on this (unless you can point out where it is) and everyone is a bit in the dark. What do the different BMI colours signify and how do you change your drivers BMI. Help please admin?

"Once you have trained stamina to 30, weight will start to increase, bringing your driver closer to ideal BMI."
I've played this game for a few years and have no idea what this means. between races the my driver's fitness reaches 100% in training without me doing anything. Am I supposed to do something if my BMI is red?

Once you have trained stamina??? What? Where? How?

Hello,

On the training page, there is an arrow button which enables you to have a training focus* (either driving ability, mental or physical). If you set this to physical, stamina will increase when you train your driver.
Your driver will gain 5% health every hour, and you can watch advertisements (app only) to gain an extra 5% health (per ad).

* You can also leave this set to all which will increase a random driver attributes during training.

"What is the optimum BMI?"
iGP Manager has calculated the ideal BMI using data from the World Health Organisation.

"What do the different BMI colours signify and how do you change your driver's BMI?"
I am presuming that green BMI's are ideal and red BMIs not ideal - with a colour range in between.
Body Mass Index (BMI) is calculated using a formula including weight and height, so training your driver's weight up/down will change their BMI accordingly.

The pace differences that low, optimal and high BMIs have is something manager's will have to find out through their races.

Thanks for your reply Connor. We only race twice a week so I never touch training at all, it replenishes to 100% by itself.  The training is set to 'ALL' so I've always assumed this trains my driver in both mental and physical to 100% and ready for the next race automatically. As my BMI is red and 15.2 are you saying that by changing the setting from ALL to physical it will raise the BMI?

Seems like we could do with an iGP guide to BMI asap?
