Been a while since I've played so would like to check the following please:

Do QR still give driver XP(it was 20races to gain 1point last I remembered) and a small cash bonus.
Do they also still give wear to parts and decrease driver health?

Yes they definitely give XP as my driver went from 4 to 5 XP just.
Yes cars and driver health decrease also.
