Took my money and I got it the receipt from Google of which I have the screen shot and email still, the money left my bank but it said something about insufficient permissions which I've never seen before

No it can't be reproduced by me as I'm not buying another pack that may not work

I have the the email if that is needed as prove of the purchase not working, it happened at 13.40 UK time so 7 mins ago from when I press submit this thread
