What sort of money should i offer department managers

I've just reached level 5 need to employee all my department managers, I can hire upto experience  20 ( is that what i should aim for) they are asking 370-380k rang what price can I offer and expect to pick them up for ?  I offered 100k on a few all knocked that back.  

Also do I need level 5 with all managers was thinking less important can go lower ( cheaper )

Commercial and technical can be auto-signed at 1k per race with no problems. If your Designer is too low a level then you can't get development up to 100%.

If you comment on a staff member to raise the relationship before trying to hire then you can get away with offering a little less.

As to how much to offer I don't know so can't help, (after you have played for a while credits aren't a problem so there's no need to haggle)

Rougly you can take of 1/4 to 1/3 of what they are asking but if money isn't a problem, it's better to pay a bit more than to not have a staff member at all.
