i was curious is there a way to get moved down to pro league, im alone in elite and i don’t think i’ll gain any design points or anything, most the people in the pro league are my level. i appreciate any response or help.

It sometimes happens to other managers (it happened to me once) and i haven’t got automatically demoted.

Move to another league near end of season with demotion spot to get demoted. Set 1L fuel on any races left.
Your league manager can turn off promotion
