If you are Jason Mcrae and you are reading this, then stop laughing lol

So, everyone can share on this forum post their most annoying/disappointing races on this game that cost you lots eg. an elite title.

My story: Yesterday, I went into Abu Dhabi to finalise the season. I had scored 414 points in the constructors and Jason Mcrae was on 390. In elite, I had never won a championship or even got a top 4 in the constructors or drivers. So leading by 24 points was great, and still being in the hunt for the DC, being just 5 points off, right? No, as a harsh qualifying and race peformance cost me massive. I was on the same strategy as everybody else, but with more development and better drivers I still slipped out the points. I held 8th until the final stint where I dropped off, and also in the final stint JM got his 2 cars into a position to storm JC into P3/4. And in the final few laps, in the most prestigous tier of one of the most prestigous leagues, I lost the CC by 3 points.

The worst bit was how Abu Dhabi wouldn't have even mattered if I had been physically able to attend Turkey and Singapore and if I hadn't pitted with a few laps left for inters in Brazil. I understand that JM didn't have good luck, and that I did win a race by 0.065 seconds, and that we were approximately equal in pace across the season, but I felt I deserved both championships. I know he'll have a different opinion but I don't care.

I know I'll have arrogants shouting out me that it's only a game, but it isn't. I put over 5% of my life into this game, 10% if you discount sleep, and I pay for subscription, so when you end up losing something which would mean it all to you in the most tragic way, I am not going to be happy.

Moving off that story, I'd love to hate to hear everybody else's tragic incidents!

Well, I did lose a good chance 2 days ago in Brazil... My drivers locked out the front row in quali by 1.6+ seconds in Elite (I was the only one starting on inters), but I didn't attend and when it dried full wets were refitted (I was expecting rain so I set my pre-race strategy thus). In the end both drivers were lapped 7 times.

It wasn't heartbreaking though, as I knew exactly what I did wrong...
