More roles in the team, the possibility of a tire puncture, retirement due to technical reasons, accidents, team error at the pit stop, the possibility of breaking the front wing, more characteristics for pilots and staff, qualification broadcast

The game already has some of these "features". you can see the "pit error" in some tracks like Turkey, China, USA and more. People already complain about that so I'm not sure it would be a great addition to the game. The races heavily relies on the DRS train. Recovering after losing the train because of car failure is impossible unless you have a superior car by a lot.

Although I would agree, to some extent, with everything else, I would say that anything to do with incidents and accidents on track is a bad idea.  Incidents and accidents will eventually lead to Safety cars and Virtual Safety cars.  The SC/VSC idea has already been scrapped, with a large number of influential managers not wanting it to return (including myself).  And with no SC/VSC, there would be no point in having incidents and accidents, other than to nous up individual manager's seasons.  This would cause an uproar in the community, unlike any other seen before imho.

Please first fix the last update!

And, your opinions on this specific idea are?

I think that until the developers fix the problem caused by the previous update, there is no point in talking about other things.
But yes, after that it would be great if there would be a lot of diffdrent races and it would be much harder to find the optimal strategy and there would be much more thing which affects it.
About the accidents and technical foults, I think they're necessary to make the cooling and the reliability more important, but I think the safety car or VSC wouldn't be a good solution after this, the debris should have to disappear immediately.

And if there is more possibility in the game and there aren't standard strategies etc., it's possible to talk about the cosmetic update and about other aspects like qualify, podium ceremony etc.

But these all NOT before the fixing the last update!
